My Story

I'm Stella Chin Akoma, and my life is a testimony that even in the darkest seasons, God never stops writing beautiful stories.

I did not arrive here because life was always easy. My journey has been marked by dreams, victories, unexpected storms, and moments that changed me forever. Through every season, one truth has remained constant—God has been faithful.

Long before the songs were heard, there was a heart searching for purpose. God planted in me a passion for music, writing, and storytelling, not simply as talents, but as tools to comfort the broken, strengthen the weak, and point people back to Christ.

Then came one of the greatest trials of my life—the loss of my beloved husband. The pain was beyond words, and for a while, it felt as though life had stood still. Yet, in the silence of grief, God spoke to my heart in ways I had never experienced before. He became my comfort when I had no strength, my peace when tears became my daily language, and my hope when tomorrow seemed impossible to imagine.

Many of the songs I write today are born from that place of surrender. They are not just melodies; they are prayers, testimonies, and reminders that God's grace is enough. They carry the story of a woman who refused to let pain have the final word because Christ had already written the ending.

As a gospel music minister, songwriter, author, and creative storyteller, my mission is simple: to lift up the name of Jesus and inspire people to trust Him regardless of the season they are in. Whether through music, books, or creative projects, I want every life I touch to leave with greater faith, renewed hope, and a deeper love for God.

If my story teaches anything, let it be this: God still heals. God still restores. God still gives beauty for ashes. No matter how broken life may seem, He is able to create a new song from every tear and a new beginning from every ending.
